Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our Linux-based infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux systems, supporting automation platforms, and ensuring optimal performance and security.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems and related software
  • Manage and support Ansible automation platform and Red Hat Satellite
  • Perform system tuning, performance optimization, and root cause analysis
  • Manage storage solutions and user access control
  • Support backup and recovery processes, including Data Domain management
  • Upgrade Linux servers and maintain software licenses
  • Develop bash scripts for high availability (HA) and system monitoring

Required Skills And Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for server hardware and software
  • Experience managing web servers and databases
  • Familiarity with cloud services
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
  • Experience with automation and DevOps practices
  • Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
  • Ability to write and maintain bash scripts
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE)
  • Experience with IRS security compliance
  • Knowledge of high availability (HA) configurations
