Design, develop, implement, test and optimize Java-based features and functionalities, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Independently identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing effective solutions.

Guide technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and champion the adoption of new technologies to enhance development processes.

Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the India team.

Work effectively with developers, designers, and product managers (potentially across locations) to ensure successful project delivery Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Java-based software projects.

Mastery of Java programming language, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices. 

Technical Experience: Extensive experience with J2EE technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, JDBC, EJB, JMS). Expertise in unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit) and integration testing tools.

In-depth knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Experience with popular Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).

Deep understanding of web services (e.g., SOAP, RESTful APIs) and microservices architectures. Experience working in an Agile development environment with methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
