Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, data processing, and software engineering principles to create scalable and efficient ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML Engineer  learning models for predictive analytics and automation.
• Research, design, and fine-tune AI/ML algorithms to improve accuracy and performance.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Deploy models using cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Continuously improve model performance and scalability based on real-world feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with AutoML, reinforcement learning, or generative AI techniques.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
