Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled “Senior Engineer – IT Infra & Network Support” to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth network operations, providing desktop support, and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Engineer – IT Infra & Network Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, cctv, access control devices, licenses and firewalls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and update operating systems, software, and security patches.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Support email, VPN, VoIP, and remote access solutions.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Document IT assets, configurations, and technical procedures.
- Attend and effectively close the service tickets within the SLA.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
- Provide training and assistance to end users on IT best practices.
- Understand, implement and manage the IT Infra set up as per ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Internal Auditor Certification/training on ISO/IEC 27001 requirements-Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in desktop and network support.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection tools.
Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
