About the job
The Senior IAM Engineer will design modern authentication and authorization systems, oversee Identity Management migration projects, establish governance frameworks with Entra capabilities, and support the adoption of the Zero Trust framework, including role-based access governance.
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, operations) to align project goals with business objectives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple infrastructure projects.
IAM Mandatory Skills
Proven work experience as an IAM Architect or similar role.
Extensive experience with identity and access management technologies like Entra ID, Azure B2B/B2C, two-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
In-depth knowledge of SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
In-depth knowledge of Identity Management workflow.
Understanding of networking and routing concepts, DNS, and DHCP.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines and coordinate with various departments.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
Skilled in PowerShell and Graph APIs.
Expert in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
Experience in implementing Zero Trust methodologies.
Experience in implementing Role-Based Access Controls in a large enterprise
