About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and data driven business insights, driving strategic decision making

Responsibilities

•  Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate business reports

• Identify opportunities that directly impact and help in the betterment of user experience or business goals

• Extract, verify and validate crucial business data requirements

• Work with the product and engineering teams to identify data gaps and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good to have

• Experience working with Metabase, Matomo, MongoDB
