The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions to enhance customer service operations. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications like SDD, HDD, and LDD.

· Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Google CCAI Agent Assist.

· Analyze and optimize the performance of AI models and algorithms.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.

· Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system performance.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

· Train and mentor junior team members on AI technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· CCIA Technical Analyst Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.

· Strong knowledge of Google CCAI Agent Assist and related technologies like Dialogflow CX, Insights, and CCAI Platform.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

· CCIA Technical Analyst Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
