Deployment Engineer (Professional Services):

Overview:

We are seeking a Professional Services Specialist to join our Deployment team. We are looking for candidates with excellent command on English language, Strong theoretical & troubleshooting skills in Networking, Win/Linux Server Administration, Cloud (AWS, Azure & VMware) Database MS SQL. Experience in providing exceptional customer and channel partners support.

Educational Qualification: Software Engineering [B.E]

Experience: 5 – 7 years of Professional Services Background in SaaS business model

The candidate is expected to comply the below on his/her roles and responsibilities:

Candidate should have Mandate Prior experience in reference to Professional Services
The candidate in his/her experience should have visited customer’s environment to help install and configure SolarWinds products (or similar Monitoring Products)
Including virtual deployment related requirements
Receive, investigate and resolve tickets in a timely manner
Serve as liaison between customer, advanced technical support and internal development for all escalated product-related issues, including product enhancements, bug resolution, and overall product education
Share ideas to improve product features and usability, scale support, reduce incidents, increase customer satisfaction while reducing customer effort
Proficient in creating knowledge base articles and white paper documents
Understand and comply with all SolarWinds policies and guidelines
Work closely with other departments within SolarWinds, Channel Partners and external customers
Exhibit behaviors that focus on Quality, Customers and Positive Values
Manage and maintain high level of CSAT (customer satisfaction scores)
