We are hiring a talented Senior DevOps Engineer – SAP BRIM to join the #DHL IT Services Team to ensure the smooth operation of SAP Billing.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer – SAP BRIM, you will be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BRIM and interface/integration issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP Billing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BRIM and interface/integration issues.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- DevOps Roles for Work on Interfaces.
- Resolve complex SAP BRIM and interface issues.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to analyze and resolve integration challenges.
- Safeguard the integrity of billing/financial data.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- DevOps Roles and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimizing the efficiency and accuracy of billing/financial operations.

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience as an SAP BRIM Consultant.
- Work experience in Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management & Convergent Invoicing.
- DevOps Roles Experienced in Implementation & Support projects.
- Functional & Technical in BRIM.
- Good understanding of Functional & Technical areas.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced in spoken and written English.
- Hybrid work arrangements
- 42 days off apart from Public / National Holidays.
