Milaap is India’s leading crowdfunding platform that helps individuals and NGOs raise funds online for medical emergencies, personal needs, and social causes like education, animal welfare, and disaster relief. Founded in 2010 and based in Bangalore.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize ads for conversions, leads, and fundraiser success.
- Ideate new strategies to bring more people to start fundraisers on our platform.
- Test landing pages & Creatives
- Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal tools.
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for content ideas, ad copies, and campaign innovation.
- Work on Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance and data insights.
- Basic creative skills using Canva or any video editing tool.
- Strong interest in running paid ad campaigns.
- Analytical mindset – you enjoy working with numbers and drawing insights.
- Creative, curious, and willing to try new digital strategies.
- Good command over Excel/Sheets and familiar with AI tools.
- Flexible with work timings and open to contributing during weekends when needed, especially during active campaign periods.
