Role Overview

  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex NLP problems in various domains.
  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of NLP models and improve their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deploy NLP models into production environments, ensuring scalability and robustness.
  • Analyze large text data sets to uncover insights and patterns using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers in best practices for NLP and machine learning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for NLP models, algorithms, and processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate NLP solutions into products and services.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the development of data collection and annotation strategies to improve model performance.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property, including patents and publications, in the field of NLP and AI.

  • An ideal candidate should have experience in NLP, LLM, Python, and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with advanced experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models, particularly large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, Langgraph, and spaCy.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with transfer learning, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
  • Publications or contributions to the NLP and AI research community.
