Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development Engineer-Intern Develop, Test and Deploy scalable components for Bright’s Smart Banking Platform in Django / Python
- Develop Smart Algorithms and Sub Systems for Lending and Financial Communications to the User
- Come up with quick and simple design solutions to complex engineering problems
- performance, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans.
- Conduct periodic and ad-hoc analysis across user acquisition activities, make strategic recommendations about where to allocate investments across marketing channels.
- Up level team’s own data skills, democratize access to marketing data, and be an advocate for an increased adoption for in-house data tools.

- Experience with integration and development of REST services over back-end frameworks (such as Django, Node.js)
- Strong Algorithm and Data Structures skills.

- Providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects
- Some previous experience in Python based framework
- Experience with developing upon Relational or NoSQL Databases at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated Competitive Programming excellence
